Gaurang Patel PMC® started out as a small firm that has grown exponentially by accepting every challenge that came its way. Our initial success came from designing each and every project in Gandhinagar, our base. Thereafter, we have not looked back by aiming ever higher.
Today our pallet of work covers everything from a small residence to corporate offices and school to huge commercial complexes, from an individual shop to large commercial projects. But the driving force behind the success has always been the openness to continuous learning, the sheer joy and pride in our work, and embracing change as the only constant in life

Our Vision
A journey of more than 4 years has given me an insight into social and professional dynamics. Working on projects with man, material and nature, I have learnt that there is an inbuilt harmony within these three elements.
It has been my constant effort to make optimum use of these components and archive growth, excellence and perfection while contributing to the society, conserving nature and respecting tradition.

In my project management practice since 2018, I have gone through several ups and downs, small ones and big ones… growing with every challenge …adapting to prevailing conditions to tide me through the worst crisis. This journey has taught me through wonderful experience to introspect about the intricate idiom with ease.
In my quest for excellence, I have poured into my work passion, commitment, wholehearted enthusiasm, hope and my energy and I hope to maintain such a level of integrity and commitment in all my work as long as I live.

Our Timeline
Gaurang Patel PMC’s success is due to its employees’ dedication to excellent work, customer service that exceeds expectations. Honesty and open communication have empowered Gaurang Patel PMC’s workforce since day one, and it shows in our work.
In 2018, Gaurang Patel founded some problems related to clients during construction of his new office. The company founded to solve the problems by management of entire site from start to end. We managed every little thing in site from customer site and finish entire project within time.

The Bigger Wave of New Projects
Gaurang Patel PMC became well-known for taking care of their employees. Work began on the entire design and construction of hospital project at Gandhinagar. We are working in different sectors, which include:

Working in every little project for development of Company
Work began at Gaurang Patel PMC’s first industrial project in Dantali, Ahmedabad, valued at 1 cr. This project marked the company’s entry in the industrial sector.
2018
Establish Foundation Stone of Company
Our modest entry into the industry was marked by the construction of BETA at Sargasan in Gandhinagar. Now, with over one cr worth of work annually and successful projects spanning near by areas of Gujarat, our employee-owners combine the company’s rich history with a focus on delivering exceptional value and the highest quality construction projects.
We serve architects, developers, and owners to produce sustainability, construction quality, and streamlined schedules on each project. An extensive set of capabilities has allowed us to deliver superior work on hospitality, healthcare, industrial, institutional, commercial, and retail builds. Our partnerships ultimately improve each client’s business beyond a single-project scope.
